Antidiabetic Potential of Copper Oxide Nanoparticles Using Biological and Polymer Functionalized Method Mediated by Sarcostemma acidum Stem Extract

The nano sized copper oxide material (CuONPs) were prepared by the greener way and an approach functionalized polymer using Sarcostemma acidum stem extracts. in-vitro anti-diabetic activity was studied through α-glucosidase α-amylase inhibitory methods demonstrated in stem, biological synthesized CuONPs polymerized CuONPs. percentage inhibition at 100 μg/ml, 200 300 400 μg/ml 500μg/ml concentrations of polymerised showed dose dependent α-glucosidase. Throughout studies, highest as compared with green synthesis.
